Miguel Olías de Lima Pancorbo lidera 3 líneas de servicio dentro de Deloitte España: Cyber Straetgy, Cyber Academy y Cyber Wargaming. Actualmente, es Senior Manager del departamento Cyber en Deloitte, donde trabaja desde 2015. Comenzó su carrera profesional en 2008, año en el que fundó una de las dos empresas en las que trabajaría durante 7 años antes de entra en Deloitte. Durante su carrera, Miguel ha compatibilizado su actual labor con la enseñanza en materia de ciberseguridad en escuelas de negocios y universidades como el IE y la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, además de colaborar con instituciones como el Real Instituto Elcano, ISMS, etc.  Por otro lado, son frecuentes su publicaciones en prensa y medios digitales del sector, así como la publicación de varios libros en editoriales como Anaya.

Loïc Guézo is Executive Director, CyberSecurity Strategy , for a global leader of the sector. With 25 years’ experience, Loïc is a recognized expert in the field of Information Security and Risk Management. Working with media and trade associations, including CLUSIF (French Club for the Security of Information Systems), CESIN (Club of Experts in Digital & Information Security), andARCSI (Cryptography & Information System Security Veterans association), Loïc is a leading voice in the region, awarded as “TOP100 cyber influencers” in France for 2019. On a more global scale, Loïc is member of the “France/Europe - Japan Initiative for Cyber” since 3 years and has been part of the Interpol support team since 2014. He is henceforth regularly surveyed by international media and global news agencies or speaking at global events (eg. Chairman of the track Cyber at MILIPOL Qatar in November 2018, speaker at “Cyber Tokyo Initiative” in December 2018). InOctober 2018, he was invited to join the civilian reserve of the French National Police, as trusted advisor for cyber-threats. Before Loïc Guézo held various positions, such as EDF (Nuclear controls with IT), Sagem (Research Engineer for NATO), French Development Bank (IT Manager for French Overseas) and IBM France (CTO Security Services). Loïc Guézo is graduated of the University Paris XIII and has a Master’s Degree in « Open Source & Security » from Ecole Centrale Paris.

Andrew Dinsley became Deputy Head (Programmes), Cyber Policy Department, in 2018. He started his career in the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (now FCDO) in 1989. Throughout his career, he has served in a number of countries, such as Ukraine, Kuwait, Kazakhstan and India. His recent UK roles includes Head of ICT, Commercial Procurement Group, and Head of Programmes, Multilateral Policy Department.

STEVE BROWN

Steve is Mastercard’s European lead for cyber security and resilience. He is responsible for the implementation and integration of Mastercard's Cyber Security Framework including data breach detection and cyber risk and resilience technologies and capabilities across all related stakeholders including Issuers, Acquirers, Merchants and Governments. Steve also works to build and maintain strategic relationships with both internal, external, private and public sector parties, working with Global teams to understand the needs of customers and technology required to detect and protect customers from Cyber Crime. Prior to joining Mastercard, Steve was a Senior Manager at the UK’s National Crime Agency where, as Head of Cyber Threat Intelligence, he led the UK’s strategic response to Cyber Crime. Steve also served as the UK’s Cyber Attaché to the USA during 2016-2019, embedded with the FBI Cyber Division at National Cyber & Forensics Training Alliance (NCFTA). Steve was responsible for diplomatic and political relationships and negotiations relating to the investigation of cyber criminality affecting the UK and USA.

Senior Cyber Security Advisor, Huawei

Colm is a Senior Cyber Security Advisor working for Huawei’s Global Cyber Security & Privacy Office. He is based in Huawei's Cyber Security Transparency Center in Brussels. Colm has worked in cybersecurity industry for more than 20 years. In 2001 he co-founded Espion, which grew to become one of Europe’s largest indigenous cybersecurity consultancies. Colm was also the International Director of the British Standards Institution’s cybersecurity professional services portfolio, overseeing international projects. Colm has managed a wide variety of cybersecurity related activities in his career, including large-scale security testing programmes, risk-assessments, incident management, digital forensics projects, compliance, certification and cybersecurity training. Colm provides advice and guidance to help manage Huawei’s end-to-end cybersecurity assurance system. Colm holds a B.A. from Trinity College, Dublin, and a Post Graduate Diploma from Dublin Institute of Technology.

Dick Wilkinson is the Chief Technology Officer at Proof Labs. He also served as the CTO on staff with the Supreme Court of New Mexico. He has led diverse technical missions ranging from satellite operations, combat field digital forensics, enterprise cybersecurity as well as cyber research for the Secretary of Defense.

Prior to joining Zscaler, Nicolas was the Group CISO at Europ Assistance, a global travel insurance and assistance company where he led the organization’s security and risk strategy, standards adherence, roadmap the vulnerability program. Prior to that, Nicolas was also the Head of Cyber Defense and Professional Services for BT in France. He is passionate about cyber security and convinced that a holistic risk-driven security program is imperative to any organization’s digital transformation initiative.

Ofri Ziv, VP of Research at Guardicore (now part of Akamai), is the head of GuardiCore Labs which is responsible for security research, detection. and development of data analysis algorithms. Ziv is a veteran of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Intelligence Corps, where he led groups of security researchers and was in charge of the IDF’s elite cybersecurity training program. Ziv holds MSc in computer science from the Tel Aviv University. He is the author of several papers and has over 15 years of cybersecurity research experience. Ziv has made numerous research presentations at leading cybersecurity conferences and events, including Black Hat, RSA and others.

Helena works as Senior Attorney at Microsoft's Digital crimes Unit, a team of investigators, data analysts and attorneys leading the fight against cybercrime to protect our customers and promote global trust in Microsoft. She leads complex legal actions and industry working groups in collaboration with public prosecutors, law enforcement agencies and private and public organizations to fight cybercrime and technically dismantle criminal infrastructure with sharing of criminal data. Lately she focused on digital safety and created for Microsoft the Council for Digital Good – Europe formed by teens, aged 14 to 16, from across Europe to apply to help advance positive and productive online behaviors to further champion our work in digital civility.  She joined Microsoft in 2008 as a commercial lawyer supporting key accounts in France, and then moved to supporting the European OEM division where she negotiated global deals with large hardware manufacturers. Helena began her career as attorney in a French law firm in Paris, then she worked in the US and in France for Business Objects, a French-American technology company in the business intelligence, where she served as legal counsel in charge of corporate and security law matters and supporting the sales teams.  She holds a law degree from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid, two Masters Degrees from Université de Paris XI, and has been visiting scholar at Stanford University.
